Rise Works is seeking a Product Director to lead product management for our Rise Financial Ramp and Rise’s identity solution, RiseID. This role owns product vision, strategy, and execution across these domains and serves as a key partner to company founders and cross-functional leadership.

You will manage experienced technical product leads who have deep knowledge of our systems and customers, while you focus on aligning product direction with company strategy, customer needs, and regulatory requirements. This is a highly visible leadership role with significant influence over the company’s roadmap and growth.

Key Responsibilities‍

Product Strategy & Vision
‍

• Define and own the product strategy and long-term roadmap for Rise Ramps and Rise Procurement team.
• Translate company goals, customer needs, and regulatory requirements into clear product priorities.
• Balance innovation, scalability, and speed to market in highly regulated financial systems.
• Identify opportunities to improve platform cohesion, customer experience, and operational efficiency.

Leadership & Team Management
‍

• Lead and support experienced technical product leads, providing strategic direction rather than day-to-day execution oversight.
• Set clear expectations for product goals for your technical leads.
• Foster strong collaboration across marketing, sales, tech, compliance, HR, finance and design teams.
• Embrace a culture of ownership, accountability, and customer-centric thinking.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work directly with founders and executive leadership to align product initiatives with business strategy.
• Partner closely with tech to ensure high-quality delivery and technical feasibility.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, Finance, and HR to ensure products meet regulatory and risk requirements.
• Act as a product voice in leadership discussions, helping inform company-level decisions.

Execution & Delivery

• Oversee product planning, prioritization, and sequencing across multiple teams.
• Ensure product initiatives are delivered with measurable impact.
• Establish and track KPIs related to product performance, customer outcomes, and operational health.
• Drive continuous improvement in product discovery, delivery, and feedback loops.

Customer & Market Insight
‍

• Maintain a strong understanding of customer workflows, pain points, and regulatory challenges.
• Use data, customer feedback, and market trends to inform product decisions.
• Represent products in key customer conversations when needed.

Qualifications

Required
‍

• 8+ years of experience in product management, with leadership experience.
• Experience owning complex, mission-critical products, ideally in crypto, blockchain, fintech or on-chain identity.
• Strong knowledge of Stablecoins and crypto-currecies with conviction in blockchain principals.
• Proven ability to work closely with founders and executive leadership.
• Strong strategic thinking combined with practical execution skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

‍

• Experience with crypto wallets, crypto on/off ramp systems, or identity platforms.
• Background working in scaling or growth-stage companies.
• Technical fluency and comfort working with engineering teams on complex systems.
