As we prepare for the launch of Rise V2, the Rise platform will enter maintenance mode beginning Friday, June 19 at 11:59 PM EST and remain unavailable until Sunday, June 21 at 11:59 PM EST.

During this maintenance window, the entire platform will be temporarily unavailable.

Users will not be able to log in, fund payroll, withdraw funds, approve transactions, or access account data and platform features.

If you have any time-sensitive actions to complete, we strongly recommend doing so before the maintenance period begins to avoid any disruptions.

This maintenance period is a critical part of our migration to Rise V2, which officially launches on Monday, June 22.

The new platform delivers a faster, more powerful experience along with new features, enhanced security, and significant improvements across the product.
